Program Overview
Credit Optics Consulting LLC, doing business as Credit Optics Consulting (“we,” “our,” or “us”), offers an SMS/text messaging program to provide you with timely information related to your business funding needs. This is a mixed use messaging program that includes both informational and promotional messages. By opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Message Types
Our program sends two categories of messages. Each requires separate, independent consent via an unchecked checkbox on our opt-in form:
1. Transactional / Informational Messages
Account notifications, funding application status updates, document requests, appointment reminders, closing updates, and customer care communications from Credit Optics Consulting LLC.
2. Promotional / Marketing Messages
Funding offers, program announcements, rate specials, and other promotional communications from Credit Optics Consulting LLC.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the message types you have opted into. You may receive up to 10 messages per month across both message categories.

Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from Credit Optics Consulting LLC.
After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming your opt-out. You will no longer receive text messages from the program(s) you opted out of.
Opting out of promotional messages does not automatically opt you out of transactional messages, and vice versa.

Your phone number and SMS consent information are used solely by Credit Optics Consulting LLC for the purposes you have explicitly consented to.
Mobile information may be shared with service providers that assist in delivering our messaging services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may not use it for any purpose other than delivering messages on our behalf.

Supported Carriers
Our text messaging services are supported by all major U.S. carriers including but not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Boost Mobile, Virgin Mobile, and others.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Liability & Disclaimers
Credit Optics Consulting LLC is not responsible for any delays, failures in delivery, or any other issues related to the transmission or receipt of text messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
By subscribing to our SMS services, you acknowledge and agree that Credit Optics Consulting LLC will not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from or related to the use of or failure to receive any text messages. Your use of our SMS services is at your own risk.
